To start off I got diagnosed with UC about a few months ago after a six day hospital stay, for constipation and two blood clots above my colon , after seeing Dr. Gary Chen I was immediately prompted to take more medicine including Humira which is $2400 a shot on top of the $1000 meds from only one colonoscopy, long story short upon another visit I was told that I would probably need to get a colostomy bag being a 34-year-old male made me very depressed and would change my life upon calling the office and asking for a second opinion from another dr there I was talked to buy a receptionist a.k.a. office manager ,, said it was against standard operating procedure for me to see anyone else in the Institute. With no reasoning behind it not satisfied I went for a second opinion from Dr. Mason and was greatly informed I was misdiagnosed the blood clots were making my stools have blood in them very poor performance from start to end with lack of empathy for patients all the way around if there was a rating below one star I would've chose that we only have one life it's nice to know that I was evaluated as a person and not someone who could help push profitable products which Gary prescribed as we all know doctors get a kickback from pharmaceutical companies
