rev:text	This was my first time here. I previously purchased a used vehicle and the company I bought it from said this place was the best and that they do all the services on the cars they get. I made an appointment this time because when I called the 1st time I was told no appointment is necessary but when my husband came he was told they could not get to it. My appointment was at 9AM and when I walked in I was greeted immediately by name and my car was taken back for its oil change. Alvin the gentleman that helped me was super nice, gave me a special and even gave me an additional discount for using yelp! He also gave me a return card for $15 off. My original quote was well over $150 because I needed synthetic oil, a oil filter and 8 quarts and I walked out paying less that $90. Not bad considering the MB dealership quoted me over $600! I was able to wait while they did my oil change and it took about an hour. The waiting room is not the best but they had a tv with cable and the AC was very cold. Over all I was very satisfied and the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the chairs in waiting area where really dirty and because the first time we came they could not get us in. The customer service did make up for all that and I am very pleased.
