I cancelled my service with them today. Yesterday I called to reschedule an appoint for next week and was told they were too busy to accommodate me. The customer service manager was rude and condescending and although he ultimately changed the day the who incident spurred me on to find a new service.
Another issue I have had is the declining caliber of cleaning I am getting.
I never have the same cleaners twice and when I ask why I was told as busy as they are they can't schedule that way. Other cleaning services do so I guess they don't know how.
I lined up a new service. I hope they are good.
