  • First, I met a nice, young man outside who showed me a couple of vehicles. He was fantastic. He then handed me over to a young man to discuss finances... This is where it turned from fantastic to horrible. The man was very awkward at first and it was very weird. They went over the difference between a cash buy, retail loan, and lease with me (which I already knew about) then I had to sign this blank sheet of paper to say that I understood the differences... Then they went over numbers, but it was all just written... There was no actual paperwork or actual typed numbers given. I wanted to trade in my vehicle and they were offering me 1/3rd if what I was offered at previous dealerships while shopping around... Then I told them I needed to think about it. The sales manager came out and asked what I wanted, I told him and he said he would look into it. He came back and only made the term longer. They refused to give me more for my vehicle and refused to lower the sticker price on the car AT ALL. When I said I had to think about it yet again the sales manager and salesman walked to another room where I saw the sales manager talking about me and screaming practically. Very unprofessional. Then I get a phone call at 12:30 with a voicemail asking when they could finish the process. Then they text me at 1:20 asking if I could come in today. I text the salesman back stating I wouldn't be back. Then he asked what he did wrong. In the end their number is now blocked. I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again.
