  • I enjoy the location of this salon. It is close to home and work. The hours during the week work out well but not so much on weekends. After 3 months, the staff still doesn't remember my name. Which when you go to a place 2-4 times per week and see the same 3 people, you would expect them to know by now. They are never very busy so I can always get in right away. The upgraded beds are ok. Anywhere else the same beds are 12 minutes but they only let you in for 9 minutes. The clothes and products they sell are way too expensive for the brands. The owner is NOT friendly and can be quite rude at times. I signed up for a 3 month membership but was surprised when the money was withdrawn again. I questioned it and she showed me a sign on the counter behind all the ads that you have to give a 30 day written notice. I told her I didn't have a contract and she insists I do. I don't recall signing a contract. I requested a copy of it and she states it's under lock and key. I will continue tanning this month since I paid for it. But I won't be returning after summer.
