  • So I've heard numerous negative reviews about Banfield but I wanted to give it a chance. So I had a free exam coupon and made an online appointment Sunday night. I received a voicemail yesterday saying to call. I just called and the lady was rude. She asked what I wanted to come for and I said l completed the form for an exam. She got an attitude saying they system goes down and also I made the appointment awhile ago. I made it Sunday and it's TUESDAY! I canceled the appointment. I don't take my dogs to any place with bad vibes!
