  • I have been a customer since it opened, through the change in ownership I have seen improvements in several areas: easier to get my dogs in last minute, renovation to the lobby makes the place looks welcoming and larger, same great service to my dogs. This is my first time writing a review, although I have visited numerous times in the past, but today groomer Judy really stood out. My 9 yr old Weimeraner, who suffers from severe allergies, and my 1 yr old Maltipoo, who is feisty and will not hold still for long, look amazing and obviously were very well taken care of. More importantly, no cuts on the Maltipoo, which I KNOW it's a challenge since she wiggles and turns so much, but it truly pains me when she does get cut by other groomers. Excellent customer service should always be made a big deal and today Judy really made a difference to our lives by providing it. Thank you Barks and Bubbles for quality service.
