  • They shrunk a $150 shirt that was only worn once! I took it back and the owner first tried to steam it back into shape and convince me that my husband would not notice the shirt had shrunk two inches shorter and was about two inches wider. Then when that didn't work she said "Well it looks like someone may have laundered it" insinuating I ruined it. When that didn't work she took it back to steam again this time coming back showing me some symbols she claims means No Dry cleaning and denied dry cleaning the shirt. She said she was not responsible and to take it back to the store. By the end of our conversation she admitted to neither dry cleaning or laundering the shirt. I thought she was sweet too. I spend about $400-$500 a month in there and all she had to do was take responsibility for the mistake and give me a $150 credit. I would still be a customer. STAY AWAY!!!
