  • From my first point of contact with OzDogs I was really disappointed. I had to reach out the OzDogs twice before I received a call back. When I received a call, back Susan wasn't sure of all the pricing and said that she would be able to email me the packages they have available. When I asked her to email the packages to me before the end of the day, because I had a meeting the following business day to discuss the event, Susan spoke as I was putting her out and was being an inconvenience to her, but agreed. After the meeting, I left a message for Susan that I wanted to proceed. I did not hear back from her until I called her the second time. I told Susan that I wanted to proceed, but wanted to make a few adjustments to The Summer Fun Package and gave her my price range. She said she would work up some numbers and email me within 10-15 minutes. More than 48 hours later and a phone call I have not heard from Susan and booked with a different hot dog vendor!
