  • Usually love this place! Phong (hope I'm spelling this correctly) is awesome. Unfortunately, I just had the worst experience with an employee in there. A stylist, who had dark hair, is black, maybe in 40's was so so nasty when I just went in 5 minutes ago (Monday 8/15 at 4 pm). I walked in and she said "did you sign up on line?" No smile, no hello, just chewing her food. I said "yes I signed up online," I asked if Phong was in today. She said "nope." Still no smile, no niceness, no effort at customer service, nothing. She just turned and walked away. Then turned around and stared at me as if to say "what do you want?" I asked her if I did something wrong to make her treat a customer this way and she said "ok then have a nice day"? No sorry, no effort to rectify how shitty she treated me! I have been going here for 4 years for haircuts! I will never set foot in here again AND I will let everyone I know about this experience! Her attitude, nastiness is uncalled for! Where the hell has customer service gone?
