  • Totally dead, hardly any customers and somehow the brain trust that was behind the counter totally forgot our coffee order. When I brought it to their attention they just looked at me like they've never seen me before. No apology, nothing. And then the coffee tasted like cream mixed in hot water. I knew there was a reason I don't go to Dunkin Doughnuts for coffee. What a waste.
