  • Trying to get a cab ride from Desert cab 2-6-13. I made an online reservation, which I'll call contact #1. Then they called to confirm which is contact #2. Then they said they'd call again, contact #3, 30 minutes before scheduled pickup or automatically cancel the cab ride. Really? I need to make 3 contacts for a cab ride? What an incompetent company to deal with.
