  • I contacted US Air soultions to come and clean our carpets 12/13/2010. The technician arrived at about 9:45 am, in a umarked minivan, with a basic carpet cleaning unit that honestly didnt look like it was going to do the job any better than our hoover cleaner we already own. He was in no company uniform, but he was nice however it all seemed very unprofessional. He did a brief walkthru of our home to see what needed to be cleaned. He had me sign the form saying I approved of the work before it was done, saying that it needed to be signed before he started cleaning. He also said that he recommended a deep cleaning for the high traffic areas, other than that it was a basic cleaning. We declined the deep cleaning due to the fact we were already reluctant with this technichan cleaning our home as it was. He was here maybe 45 minutes to complete 5 rooms and a hall, and we waited outside while this was being completed. He said that he got most of the spots out with the exception of a few deeper stains, and he suggested us to stay out of the house and open windows so it would dry, so we left the house. We came back about 4 hours later and came in to the house and our carpets look awful. It honestly looks like nothing had been done. I called the company and spoke with Steven, and he said that the technician should have explained what to expect and that they do not guarantee high traffic areas unless they do the deep cleaning. I understood and explained to him we expected to see a few spots that might have been tougher, not all the same spots that were there before in even the non high traffic areas. He said that the best he could do was to send the same technician out again and he would do the same service again. We want our carpets to be done right, not have the same technician to come out and have the same experience we had today. I took pictures today also to show the condition that the carpets are in to file a formal complaint with the company or bbb. We are having another company come tomorrow to do our carpets and do not want to do any further business with US Air Soultions and do not intend to pay for the poor service that we recieved today.
