I was in Charlotte for a weekend for a friend's birthday and looking for a good, cheap/free workout. Came across this establishment on the mind body app and decided to check it out. My friends and I came on a Saturday morning at 9 am. Doug was the trainer. We called him the morning of to see if we needed to sign up online. He told us to get there a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork. Unfortunately we arrived at 9:05 and the workout had started already. There was no one at the front desk but Doug was still nice enough to step away from the workout and give us the paperwork to sign so that we could join.
Workout started with a warm up on the rowers. Followed by a couple sets of bench press and pull up exercises. Then we did a 14 minute intense cardio/weight high intensity interval circuit that def kicked butt. The last exercise was a one minute all out on the air bike. Definitely hard core. Workout was intense. Doug and the "regulars" were pleasant. All around good experience.
