Terrible customer service and all I did was use them as rental through a partner body shop. Their service shop doesn't have clear, direct communication in execution. Even the simplest process of filling out paperwork. 5:26pm on a weekday and I drop their rental off. I'm told they will gladly give me a ride to the local Autobody to pick up my car. The service manager and secretary state sorry there is no one available to take you, it's almost 5:30 and all we have is an hourly employee and he can't take you.
I ask- "so there's nothing you can do for me? You're not going to help me?"
Then nothing. No sense of urgency or care to even attempt to resolve and help a potential car buying customer. ZERO help, ZERO recommendations to assist me. I had to take matters into my hands and my body shop after hours came to pick me up personally and apologized for the awful service.
Sincerely disappointed in the lack effort, poor communication and lack kindness at Illini Nissan.This is not the place to go for a trusted dealer relationship, let alone respect for the community and partnerships within our own community.
