  • Allegiant Air is by far the worst airline and customer service. I will never fly this airline again. I see a flight for $100 with taxes out the door one way. By the time I go through their million questions of upgrades etc and to pay it, then says my fare changed. I go back to see the change and now the flight goes up to $145. Now pissed my fare didn't lock in, I re enter everything again and my fare goes up again to $160. Such a joke. I have never booked with any other airline and ever had a fare change on you when keying things in to pay for it. I understand if it times out etc, but that wasn't the case. Applaud Allegiant for milking $60 extra off me in the span of 8 minutes. I booked it also thinking that they would feel bad for my booking experience, but instead the woman was so rude and would do nothing for me. Not even crediting back $15 to go to the $145 rate. If I didn't have to book last minute I would never have paid this scam ticket. Doesn't even deserve a star, but had to give them a star, to even write this.
