This is the worse Starbucks experience ever!!!!!!!!!! The cashier Devon seemed like it was his first day and they were so disorganized! Not ONE of the coffees or food items had anyone's names in it so they would have to call out the drink/food and then you didn't know if it was yours or not. On top of that... My mocha was bitter and taste awful!!!! Then the bagels i ordered I ask to double toast... That didn't happen. They came out barely warmed. When I asked to please toast for a second time, I got the same bagel back. I asked them to please fix my mocha and she added chocolate which made it taste worse... The coffee was bitter. Almost like they didn't let it process through and rushed it. Besides the fact this took 25 mins!!!!!!! I called them as I left and after I threw away my drink as I walked out and was told they were over staffed and wasn't expecting such a crowd... Really??? Sunday morning and you didn't expect a crowd? She told me she was in charge of toasting and not once was she told to double toast something.... Again Devon needs to find another line of work! Awful.... I have NEVER taken time to write a bad review but this couldn't go unsaid.
