  • Horrible product, i went to Sears 4 weeks ago to buy brand new Whirlpool Washer and Dryer but less than a month my washer already acting up, locking the lid so when I want to do another load of laundry the only way to unlock it is to unplug for a few seconds and then it will release the locking mechanism. Also the dryer took 3 times longer to dry. I used to buy a pre-owned dryer on Craiglist for $50 but it lasted me for 2 years. I will never shop at Sears ever again. Hopefully the technician should be able to fix them for me tomorrow. I have never have this problem with any of my appliances until now. So disappointed.
