The facility is beautiful and well kept. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything functioned properly. They nickel and dime you (oh if it were only nickels and dimes) to death. The only thing included with your room was the Pool (which was very nice). The online "express" check in (first impression) was a grueling 45 minute process that included standing in two different long lines. Part of the nickel and dining included coming back at 4:00 PM or pay an extra $40.00, so everyone returned at the same time and they did not have enough staff for it. I had some problems with the keys to my room as well. With all the great choices to stay on The Strip, this will most likely be my one and only stay at Ceaser's Palace.
