  • I just went through an internet sales vehicle purchase with sales associate Oswaldo (Ozzie) Hernandez and internet director Ted Piper. Ozzie was great. Ozzie helped me find a new Barcelona Red 2016 RAV4 FWD LE with 6 miles and that is the vehicle Hernandez wrote up for me as requested. The initial transaction went well until, i discovered that the internet sales office did not have control over the internet purchase as previously (FJToyota/Scion) and other dealerships have with their current "internet sales offices". I did not expect this sudden "shock" and this deal almost died fast, but because O. Hernandez was non-threatening, patient and never got pushy i continued and it went through to the financed manager whom got right down to business so that we could finish this deal. The finance manager (S.U.) assisted with closing the deal and assured me great warranty coverage for my new purchase. I was then pleased afterwards with finally getting this deal done in just under 3 or hours. So O. Hernandez and S.U. were able to keep interested enough to go through with this deal. Hernandez and Upton are definite assets in this company. Promote both now!!!
