  • No matter how you begin your search here, if it's... looking through the lot, walking in the door, or calling for information, you'll be very grateful that you asked for MARK NUGENT If someone approaches you, ask if he's Mark Nugent. If it's a woman, don't ask her that---she might slap you. If he's not, and you know she's DEFINITELY not---cut right to the chase---and ask for him. Mark's one heck of a professional salesperson. Knowledgeable, patient, friendly, good-humored, laid-back, comfortable-with-himself, comfortable-to-be-around, and he also LISTENS. He comprehends...he pays attention to what you're saying and asking, unlike some in sales professions, who may be thinking about what they're going to say next while you're talking. (But that's okay, too, since some of those may be new and a little nervous. Cut them some slack and give them room to breathe.) Met Mark for the first time after an I-90 wipe-out / total loss, but my husband and I felt as if we'd known him for years. Everything went smoothly. And even after all the paperwork was completed, and driving off the lot in a pretty cool CTS, when we needed his help a couple times after---routine, nothing serious---we received the same First Class service. This AFTER-the-sale period is one where some salespeople can become less helpful, less interested. Not Mark. Despite what some readers may have personally experienced or heard from others, there ARE respectable trustworthy professionals in the higher ticket worlds of vehicle and real estate sales. Of the ones we've met that stand out, Mark is right there at the top. He's such a good guy, my husband took him out for lunch the other day. Good guys and good gals in sales deserve a little extra beyond a smile and a handshake from their satisfied customers. And they also sincerely appreciate it when you recommend them to others, like I'm doing right here. ~ Suggestion... Call first to confirm if he's scheduled to work before stopping in. That way you can be assured Mark will be the salesperson to help you. To easily remember his name think NEW-gent---as in NEW and USED. Hope you love YOUR new ride, too! .
