  • SWA SCAM! I just purchased 60,000 points on SWA that would give me a bonus of 24,000 points for a total of 84,000 points at a cost of $1,650 dollars. I booked my tickets using the points assuming that I would save some money. WRONG. Had I booked the exact same trip and paid cash it would have cost me $1,590. I can cancel the flight but I can't return the points. What happened to the SWA love...Now I remember why I fly Delta and not SWA.
