  • Pros: 1. it was very easy to schedule a last minute nanny with artsy nanny. 2. nanny showed up on time 3. nanny was nice and accommodated all of my requests Cons: 1. you dont know anything about the nanny until they show up. I was told i'd get a bio, but i did not. 2. i was told i'd get a confirmation email and i didn't, so had to call to follow up and get it. 3. was told nanny would be wearing a bright pink shirt when i had to meet her in the lobby- she wasn't, and it was hard for us to find each other bc the lobby was crowded w a party 4. it surprised me that she did not know how to use a halo swaddle (shouldn't nannies with experience with infants know how to swaddle?), and when she changed his diaper, it was very loose. this may be nitpicky but it makes me wonder how much experience she's had with infants. But overall, the experience was fine - it was our first time using a babysitter so i was a bit nervous, but we were right downstairs, and she texted me updates per my request, so i felt at ease knowing my boy was being watched.
