My complaint is against the service department rather than the sales department. Bought a car and was told it was in great condition, running wise. The day after buying it the engine light turns on and I call that day to tell them and try and bring it in but they say I can't schedule an appointment until monday.i call Monday and they tell me to bring it in as soon as I can that day. Get here at 10:30 am and at 1:30 the guy comes to Inform me that they haven't fixed anything because the engine needs to cool down and they've been waiting to let it cool. They tell me to bring it back on a day that I can leave it over night. I drove all the way here and waited three hours to be told that I have to bring it back. When they checked the code it was a misfire in cylinder one. If they knew the engine had to cool and that it would take this long they should have told me to begin with. Instead when I asked how long it would be the guy had said that he would go find out and come back to tell me. He never came back.so I went back to ask again two hours later and he still didn't answer me. Three hours later he finally tells me that I have to bring it back. I live in San Tan Valley and driving back and forth isn't easy on gas. Especially since I've waisted most of my day already. Just bought the car and very unhappy to be dealing with this.
