The WORST customer service I have ever had I have called 3 times to get an answer why my prepaid non-refundable reservation rate had changed 12hrs before I was to pick up the car and have got the same answer "I have to turn it over to corporate and they will contact you in 24-48 business hours" it has been 11 days. The counter person was the rudest person I had to deal with during the whole process we were 10 minuites early and he told me at first that I would have to pay for an extra day plus pay for an upgrade at the current rental rate then when I said we would wait he said he couldn't do that but would upgrade me and give me the car early for $8 total so I agreed, then when we got to the cars they didn't have any cars of the class I had ordered. But on the plus side when it was all said and done with the extra charges and credits to my credit card the whole rental was about $15 cheaper than I had originally paid.
