  • I was at the Queen St location less than 3 months ago and received such excellent service. I was 8 months pregnant and the employee that assisted me offered to have the glasses shipped to me for my convenience, which I thought was amazing so that I didn't have to waddle my way back to the store to pick up my glasses. Not only was the in-store experience fantastic, just before I had my baby, I received a gift in the mail from the staff "wishing me the best on my new little bundle of joy". What a beautiful gesture! I couldn't help but cry :) With the newborn, I haven't had the chance yet to visit them and thank them in person so I thought I'd start by thanking the team by giving a 5 star review. Now that is going above and beyond for their customers!
