  • The worst customer service I've ever had or experienced. Moved out of state and then moved back to state had service reinstated and they went to my old address and serviced my old house and said they confirm the address when they didn't confirm my new address. Basically called me a liar.. Tracy with billing does not know how to deal with customer service issues at all. I would never ever recommend this company ever.
