  • I rented a car for a weekend trip to Vegas. I choose to allow Alamo to say which car within the special they off I can have. They allowed to get get a nice full size car and my total was less than $60 for 3 days. When I returned the rental the price was $20 more than what was being held on my card. The representative escorted me to the office and I spoke with a nice gentleman who explained the reason for the additional $20. I Made the mistake of choosing the wrong drop off time and was charged an additional $20. He waived the $20 and allow my card to be charged the original price that was held on my card. I will always go to Alamo to rent cards because of the wonderful service I received!
