Do not use. Only a few of their items and drinks actually taste good. They are overpriced and shady. Going to the grocery store is cheaper and sell some of the same brands. I signed up at a company event I attended towards the end of my lunch hour.
I remember who signed me up cuz he was named after a holiday. The man's name was Valentine, but according to customer service I supposedly had someone else sign me up.
All I got when I signed up was an ad and an order confirmation. He told me I would receive an email with directions on how to sign up. For signing up at my company I could get a large cooler for $10-, free delivery, & only have to spend a minimum of $10 per order. Fast forward 2 weeks, no email and a food delivery on my front door. I call Winderfarms and got access to log in. That's when I find out they charge a delivery fee to deliver to apartments and I had to have a $25 minimum order. They never said that signing up and I had to spend at least $500- first before I could cancel or be charged a termination fee.
A year later I moved into my home. I go and get a letter in the mail to come back since I skipped a few visits. They said in the letter if I came back I wouldn't get charged a termination fee and they lowered their prices. It gets a little expensive for so little food so I tend to skip a lot. I called customer service and placed my order and now that I have a house my delivery fee is waived.
Now a week later and no food I have a $44- charge on my account. They said they canceled me due to many skips. It doesn't matter that they sent me a letter to come back and I took that offer. All they can tell me was to many skips and you were canceled and I couldn't talk to anyone else.
They charge you for every little thing, beware. If you don't have a cooler out you get charged a deposit for a bag, you also get charged a deposit for ice bags, and glass for the milk. You have to return them all at your next visit to get that refund. They completely lie to you.
