  • Wait staff is Inconsiderate, Rude, and Entitled. I had heard good things about this place, and I had some time, so I decided to order some take out on the way home. This is a break down of the rude encounters with the staff: 1) The first person to greet me was one of the bartenders. He asked me "Are you OK?" and then while I was answering walked away and never came back. 2) Second bartender asked me what I needed. I answered "I placed a to go order" and he said "no problem, it's not quite ready would you like to pay for it" I gave him my card and when signing for it attempted to give him a dollar and asked "Could you please just make sure there is plastic-ware in there?" He looked at the dollar with a look of disgust and walked away without accepting the dollar. I was like I guess my dollar is not good enough for you. He never even came back to take the receipts while I was there either. Side Note: I worked as a server and know the face of waitstaff when they think they deserve a 20 percent gratuity even if service is poor. This was a to-go order so I felt no obligation to give him anything, but wanted to give him something for taking the time to take the order. If you break it down, 1 dollar for about a minute of work, it is still 60 dollars an hour. He should be trying to get more of these types of orders so he can make tips on the side for very little work. 3) I waited for my food and it took about 15 minutes sitting at the bar to be asked if I wanted some water or something to drink from a third person. All I was thinking at this point was like "what is with these people?" 4) Now a fourth person started to hand me my order. This guy didn't even say a word to me the entire brief time I was near him. I asked "Is that the order for Ryan?" as he walked up. All he did was set it down and he gave me another look as if to say "You are not wanted here." I said thank you and finally left feeling like this is the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I have never had such a bad experience at a place that I felt like I needed to say nothing about the food and everything about the rude staff. I can't believe that these people even work in the food and beverage industry. They don't treat people with the basic amount of respect or kindness. The food was very good, but I will never go back to Triple George just because of the way the staff treated me.
