  • Terrible place. Should have backed out on the day we were moving in as they had already violated our lease. We were set to move in March 13. The day we go in to get the keys the lady says the apartment isn't ready it still needs to be cleaned. I had my WHOLE HOUSE OF FURNITURE being delivered. And we put all deposits and set up the move in date IN JANUARY. Luckily I had my parents with me who told demanded I get all my deposits back and I can move somewhere else. All of a sudden now the apartment was clean and ready to move in, there was just a "miscommunication" problem. Coincidence right? And they can care less about noise complaints. We had THE NOISIEST, MOST INCONSIDERATE neighbors. But no matter how many times I complained or called the cops, the office did NOTHING! We have thankfully moved into our house but now fighting them on getting our deposit back. We've waited a whole month and still yet to receive it. They claim That it's just "late in the mail". I don't recommend them to ANYONE!
