I understand most nail places in Vegas are regular run of the mill cheap nail places so you can't even expect anything spectacular so I knew this coming in but I searched yelp for something open on a Sunday that was decent and this place seemed the best based on reviews. I haven't gotten my nails in over a year so I was excited to try this place even though it was 20 mins from me and there are many nail places in between but I had done some research so I decided to try it. I walk in there was no wait on a Sunday afternoon, cool. First thing they suggest is gel because I'm sure thats their money maker. I wanted full set, coffin style, gel color, rhinestones on accent nails. I get an older lady pretty sure her name was Thong Nguyen. She cut me a couple times when filing and trying to cut my nails to the shape of a coffin and she did apologize. I asked for some rhinestones and the first nail was fine but the second I could tell she was getting frustrated, left glue on the nail and the rhinestones were off center; very noticeable. She left some nail glue around the skin of my nails and almost forgot to put cuticle oil on. Once done she told me price was $45, I showed her I had a 10% off for checking in and immediately said oh it's $50 and that's after 10% off and tried to justify pricing reason. I was over it ready to leave so I didn't put up a fight. The tip would've been much larger for sure if none of these things had occurred. I'm giving 2 stars because everyone was friendly, she did apologize for cutting me, and offered water. Some of the things I complained about may be minor but I'm putting this review out there for others to see since I used reviews to even find this place. Honestly for $50 I would've been better off just going to a place near my house, there's no difference, they're all paid minimum wage live off tips and treat every customer the same: the bare minimum. Don't expect anything above that.
