  • This mall is immaculately clean, and up kept. It seems to have a decent variety of stores. The one thing that bothers me that I can not tolerate is their offices condoning and leasing space to a puppy mill. We're coming from the west coast, but all the kennels, rescue agencies and pet shops I've been to have had fake grass built into the floor and all the dogs in pens or separate rooms so that they may run around an be properly socialized. Each dog is even taken out for a walk. Never ever have I seen dogs cramped and kept in aquariums to deficate on themselves until now. These dogs are sickly, lethargic, and depressed. I don't understand how the local government and the malls leasing offices allow this place to run. Its called "Pick of the Litter". I strongly urge anyone and everyone to call up the local Animal Protective Leaque, health department and mall leasing office to complaint and request this puppy mill be shut down.
