  • My daughter told me that her Samsung Galaxy S4 active was not charging and it was easy to diagnose that the charging port was in need of replacing. I initially took it to the Phone Ambulance in Mayfield Heights Ohio and was told by the technician that the phone could not be repaired because the parts were hard to get. He suggested that I purchase an additional battery and an external charger and keep switching the battery out. He did not look at the phone. I did not take his advice, but instead contacted Cell Phone Repair and communicated my issue to Jacob. Jacob diagnosed the issue by the information I gave him and suggested that I take my phone to the Independence location and that he would contact will and tell him what needed to be done. I met with Will and he explained what he was going to do to repair the phone. He had to order a part, which he did. He gave me a time frame for the repair completion, which he adhered to and the cost to repair the phone was reasonable also. I am extremely impressed with CPR Jacob and Will and the service I received. No hype. No long phone message touting how great they are. No hospital scrubs. Just real technicians that have the commitment and skill to address your cell phone issues. Cell phones carry a lot of information and are costly to replace. I for one can appreciate that Will and Jacob understood that I needed that phone repaired and they definitely got the job done. Thank you Will and Jacob.
