  • Another travesty on State Street. Its far from "tapas" and more like overpriced appetizers. Small portion, expensive bar food. The space is ok but felt contrived. Any decent bar knows that keeping wine on the wall in full sunlight is a no no. Service was the usual State Street mediocrity but there is worse. Obviously Icon stays around because of its proximity to the Overture Center and because real tapas are non-existent in Madison.
