The food was tasty enough but it seemed to rely more on the fats, salts, and sugars then it should - I could barely taste the actual food I was eating. I kinda' expect that at a cheaper restaurant, but for a place this expensive I expect them to use high quality ingredients and to really let me taste those ingredients.
Also, their chocolate hazelnut mouse wasn't a mouse - it was more like a truffle cake. Once again, heavy on the fats and sugars, like on the finesse.
