  • I haven't been to this place in almost a year and thought I froze the account as I moved, turns out I didn't and they've been charging me $49.95 for 2 accounts for 10 months. You think they would have some decency and care about their customers enough to call or email and say hey you haven't been here in awhile and we are charging you but no. They let you forget about it and take advantaged you. They won't refund any money and all they can say is it's policy. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Stay away from this place.
