  • Impossible!! Not Only is it impossible to gather any information when your package is lost that they claim to have delivered. Calling the local office is non-existent during the month of December and actually speaking to a human. I Swear I'm being held captive by poor service and lack of options. Don't even bother filing a claim online on the website its just about as useless as the nonexistent humans on site.
