  • After 17 years of incident free usage Microsoft locked me out of my Hotmail/Outlook email box because I refused to give them my phone number for "security" despite my already giving them an alternative email address. That and the fact that their PC operating system is designed to fail in order for them to make money off of tech support is why I will never buy/use another Microsoft product for as long as I live.
