I brought my car here instead of two other closer Hyundai Dealerships because I have read their service is pretty good and I wasn't too thrilled with the two other closer places to where I live (One being Horne Hyundai which is not the best). I had called early Monday in the morning after their service department had opened (7:04am) because my A/C-fan just magically stopped working and then brought my car there at about 11:30am that same day and was met by a friendly employee by the name of Jason Frinkle where I gave him my keys and did a small walkaround on the vehicle and he asked me if I wanted a complementary car wash and I was happy about that and then I left and got a ride home.
Later that same day my father received a phone call at roughly 2pm-3pm informing him of the issues they found and suggestions they had. They wanted to replace the transmission pump/all fluids/tie rods in the front/fix alignment and replace the A/C motor which was what I originally came in for. It would have cost around $2,000-$2,400 to fix all these issues (I think the A/C motor issue was like $260 [corrected]) and wouldn't be done until Saturday. We took a leap of faith and allowed them to do all of the work besides replacing the fluids which we had just recently had replaced four months prior so with all the work done it ended up costing around $1,700. My father informed them I was about to leave on a serious 3000 mile trip and that we needed it done sooner and Jason and the Chapman Hyundai service team pulled through and got everything done by Wednesday (2-3 full days later).
The only reason this is 4/5 stars is that I am hesitant to rate this business 5/5 due to the fact I came here to get my A/C fixed and then ended up having to spend $1,700. The car feels great and the steering feels tough (I'm not quite sure how to explain it. It felt a little loose before and now it doesn't feel so loose - not a bad thing - it feels good). The A/C works which is nice. The sound settings in my car were reset, I imagine that has something to do with the battery being disconnected at some point during the service which is fine. The people and the service was perfect but I would like to have future pleasant experiences of not spending huge amounts of money before I sell this place to others as the one and only Hyundai dealership to trust for service.
