  • They overcharge you for the simplest of returns. They file it wrong and the IRS sends you a letter saying you owe money. Then you ask them whats the deal and they told me they would call them and get back to me. Several weeks go by and they didn't call me nor did they check with the IRS as promised. There's no backing up of their shoddy work. I will never take my business there ever again! The front desk person was very nice even though she knew that her company sucked and I was visible upset with their services or should I say lack of service.
