We snacked a bit, and the broccoli and the carrot dishes were both truly delicious. Creamy, bright, and amazing with the bread from Guillaume. The chef and the waiter were both super kind and helpful and it's my favourite to be able to sit and watch the kitchen work in a simple, sexy, tasteful room.
But I have to say, the food here is way too expensive. Montreal has gone a bit mad. To pay ~50$ and have one drink and still be hungry is... well, it's not an experience I'll seek to repeat soon.
