  • GROSS...RUN PEOPLE RUN! This place needs to be shut down or raided. If I could give zero start, I totally would. It's been awhile since I've been to Magnolia Foot Spa. As I wanted 90min massage and my usual place was closing in a hour, I decided to give Magnolia a try. They were closed without further noticed awhile ago (who knows what the reason was). The waiting area was a mess and had 3 half way drunken bottles of water.....ok....maybe they haven't had time to clean? I was guided to the massage room by one of the ladies who was at the front counter. Then she realized all the rooms were not available so she made me wait in the room that was obviously used previously and not been cleaned. When masseuse was available, I was moved to that room. I sat on the massage bed and it's warm...and WET!!!! I quickly realized it was from the guy who just walked out!!!! OMFG GROSS!!! I complained to the masseuse and she changed the towel. So.....time went by and it was for me to check out. I was going to give her 20% tip and she replies "But 90min is $50. Was the massage not good?" Then she proceeded to tell me she doesn't get paid and she only makes tips. Wtf? Oh btw I realized it was only 80min when I paid and walked out. Needless to say I will never go back to Magnolia Foot Spa again. Seriously....this place really need to be inspected.
