  • No complaints here! I am a realtor in the valley who often helps clients of mine find rentals when they are in between homes. Recently I had an opportunity to show one of my clients a unit located within the Indigo community and I happen to arrive about 30 minutes before my client who was running late from a prior appointment. I had the pleasure to meet with Sarah W. who was the Assistant Business Manager for the complex and she showed me two different units she thought might fit my clients needs after I told her what my client was looking for. Both of the units within the Indigo community were really nice and clean, the floor plans were very functional for anyone trying to move in, all the units had a garage, came with all the appliances and all the rooms were great size. After that she attended to another client of hers coming in to sign a new lease and when they wrapped up, and my client arrived, she took us back out to show us the units again. The entire time the staff on hand, which was Sarah, was great to my client and I, really knew all the ins and outs on the complex and lease, and was extremely professional and prepared. Indigo is a great complex to rent from whether it's for a short period or extended period of time, and they are extremely lucky to have such a professional like Sarah W. on their staff to help out. She seemed to be a huge asset to them. I will be recommending Indigo to future clients of mine.
