HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!! Took 3 days to get an appointment with a non working AC unit! I had an appointment today with a service window from 8-12, by 11:40 I heard nothing from the tech so I called dispatch and they said I was his next appointment. 2 hours later no call or text from the technician, I call dispatch again and they let me know he will be on the way shortly. Rolland the technician shows up 2.5 hours after my service window ended, needs approval for a leak test, I call my landlord for approval and Rolland wouldn't even wait 9 MINUTES for the approval, said he had another appointment he had to get to?!? You were 2.5 hour LATE and you can't wait 9 freaking minutes for my landlord to call me back with the approval?!? Then they wanted to wait 2 days to get me rescheduled for their horrible service!!! If we didn't have to use this company because of the home warranty we would NOT do business with them! Horrible service and that seems to be your standard based on your Yelp reviews!!!!
