  • I took my 150cc Stella here because it was stalling out while I was riding it. I rode it to their shop and was hoping that it would not stall out on the trip. Luckily I made it into the parking lot before the piglet stalled out. They "worked on it" for about a week before it was ready to be picked up. I payed them, got the keys and made it about two miles down the road before it stalled out again. Frustrated, I gave them a call to see if they could help me out, but I was told that they would be closing in about five minutes and that they didn't have a pickup truck to help me with a ride. So, I had to walk the scooter home (about 1.5 more miles). Since they wouldn't come and get the scooter and fix the problem that I had already paid for, I had to wait for a friend to help me with a ride back there. This same scenario happened two more times before they fixed the problem. They also, charged me more money every time that I had to bring it back. The third time I had to bring it back (for the same problem as the first time) they had a pickup truck and were able to pick it up. So, they must have been lying about not being able to help me out with a ride all the times before. In the process of them fixing the issue, they disconnected my kill switch and starter, so I had to kick start it every time I had to go somewhere. This all happened about a month before I moved out of state and since I was so busy I didn't (or want to) take it back to them to reconnect the switches. Once I got settled in after the move, I decided to call them and ask them if they could walk me through the process of reconnecting the switches, or send me an email to explain how to do it. I called them and Robert told me that I had two options. The first option was to bring the scooter in and he would fix it for free. This option was not really an option because I now live in Oregon. The second option was to take it to a dealership in Oregon. Robert has the worst concept of customer service and they won't even backup their work. This place is a joke, but there's nothing funny about it. Robert has no idea how to run a business or how to accept responsibility for the work done in his store. He told me several times "I'm not a mechanic, I don't know how to work on these things, that is what my mechanic is for." Well, Robert, maybe you should learn how to take care of your business in the front end as well as the back end. Robert, you are rude, you have zero class and you can't even accept responsibility for the things that happen in your shop. Although I don't live in Tempe any longer, I still have friends there and I will tell them to never do business with you, but most of them already have, so they know how horrible of an experience will be had at Scooter Invasion.
