  • This review isn't about their work but their service and the system they have in place for making appointments. You have to text the hair stylists for an appointment. This is extremely unprofessional and inefficient. I texted Savannah first...she didn't respond. Texted her again...she responded with a few words. Rude and unprofessional. I then texted Raquel. Never heard back. My friend had the same experience here. Hairstylists should not be taking appointments via text.
