  • Don't go on $1.99 night (Monday). I waited in line for 10 minutes and then the person working that window announced that she was moving to a different window. All the other lines looked like another 10 min wait so I gave up. As more people arrived to wait in the line it was never clear that she was never coming back. A simple "next window" sign would solve that idiotic customer service. After 10 minutes or so people gave up and wandered off or to the back of some other line.
