  • Cake: I am a big fan of carrot cakes and I lovvvve the ones made by Dufflet. On service experience: I had a pretty daunting experience at another location. Here, I had the pleasure of being served by the store manager Kaitlin. I have store credit from the downtown location so I called here thinking and hoping that it was transferable, after being unsuccessful getting through to someone at downtown location. Kaitlin really has a great demeanor. I could tell that it comes from the core of her personality. She was extremely helpful in making suggestions, at the same time asking for my consent for her to call the other location and figure it out on my behalf. Being served by people like Kaitlin is absolutely priceless. I wish all stores in service front to have and appreciate her demeanor.
