Staff was very friendly, prices reasonable, nice little spot. A disclaimer: I'm not a Pho expert by any means, but in my opinion the pho just didn't have any flavor. I ordered the pho without meat, so just vegetables. To add heat they have a bottle of siracha and some other sweet and tangy sauce out of a bottle, both full of preservatives, cheap quality ingredients. My dad ordered the beef pho and he was adding kikoman soy sauce to add salt and flavor. To me this is not the proper way to season or spice a hot and fresh soup. Only natural chilies, ingredients, spices should be added to flavor. Cheap sauces and spices out of a bottle to flavor fresh soup is like wearing a suit and tie to dine at Mcdonalds, just doesn't mix well. Safe to say I will try some other Vietnamese restaurants in the area, which there seems to be plenty of.
